It Started, Quite Simply, Like This...

Akki's Bistro is a fast casual restaurant established in September 2013 in Kolhapur. It serves a menu with variety of food ranging from omelettes, pancakes for breakfast to salads, burgers, thin crust pizzas, hotdogs, sandwiches and desserts.

It's menu features American and Italian inspired dishes with hint of Indian version which are suitable for our Indian palate. It's a comfort food made from scratch recipes using freshest ingredients available from local market.

It is also kolhapur's first restaurant which provides you with variety of D3 - Delicious Diet Dishes created and crafted specially for the health conscious lot without compromising on the taste, it is first of its kind place which is famous for it's diet dishes amongst the fitness freaks, diet and health conscious people of the city.

About Owner

The men standing behind the success of brand "AKKI'S BISTRO" is Chef Akshay Ambardekar who is very passionate about cooking. His vast experience in various hotels such as Starwood properties, "The Oberois" and Disney cruise line makes him an experienced yet a versatile chef who has been creating unique dishes while being able to keep them healthy yet delicious, which makes him a unique entrepreneur in today's health conscious world. His main aim is to let the local crowd get the taste of various cuisines which all from children to adults will relish.

Though recent ordered stuffed mushroom was not that good, it still had that pungent smell which made it hard to eat... Margarita Pizza was good but instead of plain tomato topping, dried tomatoes could have been better choice... but it's a nice place to go... Must visit!!!"
